A delicate garden terrace pavilion creates an enhanced kitchen dining space for two existing flats. The pavilion sits within a landscaped terrace against the backdrop of the Grade II* listed building. A sensitive palette of materials complements and contrasts with the existing building. Metal fins with an alternating rhythm of solid and etched glass panels are inspired by the famous shop-fitters Pollards, previous occupiers of the warehouse.
